French Language Specialist for Accounts Payables

Job description

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Control over purchasing, including complex business services. Flexible global processes, budget checking, and approvals with dynamic purchasing units. Supplier, process, payment, budget, and approval management for operations anywhere in the world.
• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner.
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Should have completed B2 or equivalent proficiency level in French.
• Should be able to speak fluently in French to Native Speakers.
• 1 - 5 years in Procure to Pay process.
• Must have a good hands-on experience on P2P cycle.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in any Financial tool. viz SAP/ Oracle.
