Job description
Position Description, Scope of the role : Align Technology is looking for CPQ System Analyst to join its team in the frontier of the dental treatment market. You will join a growing IT team and will take part in the execution of fascinating, business oriented, projects and programs.
Main Responsibility and Activities: • Become a subject matter expert for the Apttus CPQ system. • Be a central part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team, driving execution of multiple NPI, EPI and GeOX Projects. • Be working with the offshore team of CPQ experts and developers in delivering those Projects and enhancements. • Lead the requirements gathering, analysis and design, solutions building and demonstration for various ongoing enhancements and targeted expansion projects. • Ensure proper development lifecycle, SQA and UAT experience. • Coordinate and collaborate with regional and enterprise teams. • Create and maintain the relevant Jira board. • View problems holistically and propose elegant, comprehensive solutions. • Develop positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes. • Support the business with ongoing issue resolution and training needs. • Ensure knowledge documentation for training, onboarding, and release management purposes. Education Qualification & Skills Required: • Have 2+ years of System Analyst experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex organizations with major involvement of Apttus (preferably) or Steelbrick CPQ solutions, while being responsible for those aspects. • Experience with Apttus configuration via customization and callbacks. • Experience with complex CPQ module features implementation (such as Validation Rules, Advanced Approvals, Pricing Rules, Discount matrix, Asset Based Ordering). • Experience with Project management throughout its lifecycle – requirements gathering, solution design, development leadership, testing and UAT, deployment and rollout. • Good understanding of HW & SW products lifecycle and their representation in Apttus (Sale, Renewal, Termination, Amendment etc.). • Have 2+ years of System Analyst experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex organizations with major involvement of Apttus (preferably) or Steelbrick CPQ solutions, while being responsible for those aspects. • Experience with Apttus configuration via customization and callbacks. • Experience with complex CPQ module features implementation (such as Validation Rules, Advanced Approvals, Pricing Rules, Discount matrix, Asset Based Ordering). • Experience with Project management throughout its lifecycle – requirements gathering, solution design, development leadership, testing and UAT, deployment and rollout. • Good understanding of HW & SW products lifecycle and their representation in Apttus (Sale, Renewal, Termination, Amendment etc.). • Have 2+ years of Salesforce hands-on implementation and development experience in large Global organization. • An ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations. • Extensive knowledge level of CRM Sales and Service modules functionality. • Experience with integrations to external systems to maintain Masterdata. • Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people from departments in or outside of the company, as well work independently as required. • Fluent in English. • Multiple certifications, especially in the development and administration, are big plus. • Experience with X-Author is a plus. • Experience working in subscription environments for recurring revenue products is a plus. • Experience with JIRA or similar project-and-issue management tools is a plus. • Experience with middleware integration solutions is a plus. • Experience with Automated Release Management (AutoRABIT) is a plus.Job tags
