Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing information to potential students and families, handling inquiries and concerns, responding to e-mails, phone calls, and in-person visits, conducting interviews, attending fairs and events and assisting in student enrolment.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Communication, Sales, and Education skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Customer service skills
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or any other regional language is a plus
