Job description
Senior Accounts Executive
We are looking for a resilient, empathic accounts executive to contribute to the growth of our company. You will also
be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Ledger and Finalization of Accounts
2. Responsible to perform Clerical functions incidental to account activity
3. Responsible for generation of MIS Reports
4. Responsible for Maintaining Files and paper filing
5. Responsible for Statutory Compliances/Payments in Respect of Accounts Dept.
6. To monitor the cash flow
7. Responsible for Client Monthly Invoice communication & Payment follow up
8. To monitor and release the Vendor payments as per due dates.
9. Responsible for Banking Activities & Bank reconciliation
10. Responsible for Vendor payment disbursement
11. Responsible for preparation and supply of Annual TDS certificates within due date.
12. Responsible for Employees Form 16 preparation and issuing with due date.
13. Responsible for Employees Tax Related Compliances
14. Responsible for Payroll checking
15. Responsible for Investment Banking
16. Courier and other logistics
Requirements:
Macro Objective: We need a candidate who has proficiency in accounting and wants to graduate to finance as
a domain.
Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MMS/MBA (finance)
A. Soft Skills:
1. Communication Skills have to be good (both written and verbal)
2. Confident, Proactive, Outspoken, Innovative and go to person for conversations and resolutions
3. Team Player
4. Managerial Skills
B. Technical Skills:
1. Proficient with use of Tally. ERP (9)
2. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Advance Excel a must)
3. Proficient with Accounting Concepts and must have practiced them with the last organization
4. Proficient with Company Taxation and Filing
5. Proficient with rules around ESIC and Provident Fund
6. Proficient with Banking Rules and Regulations
Experience: 3-5 year's
Salary: 3,50,000 – 4,00,000 per annum
Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Timings: 10.00AM TO 7.00PM
