Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency )
Must-Have
- 10+ years' experience with Materials Management systems usage, support, administration, and configuration preferably AVEVA ERM. Experience in similar products like Hexagon SPM is acceptable. (SPMAT / Smart Material)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Materials Management System in all modules and associated work processes with a focus on MTO, Req, PO, Expediting and Site Material Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Materials Management principles.
- Strong overall understanding of project requirements, deliverables, and workflows.
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Specific Experience ….5+ years of Materials Management experience; preferably in MTO, Engineering requisitions, Supply Chain and Site Materials Management for EPC projects.
- Proficiency in Application administration activities….(Installation and setup, ERMenvironment setup – Site creation, Catalogue creation, Security setup etc. (Engineering Manager) , backup restore, Setting up naming conventions , Setting up Aveva ERMin Citrix (Thin client environment) , Technical support for Aveva ERMCitrix Environment , Automation using .Net programming using available API's , Template Customization , Rules Customization , Report Customization using tools or external reporting tools , Symbols & Label Customization, Aveva ERMVersion upgrades and patching , Understanding of integration aspects with SPF – able to perform publish and retrieve
- Able to provide Aveva ERMUser and Admin training
Good-to-Have
- Understanding of programming language like VB .Net
- Understanding of DB concepts with SQL /PL SQL knowledge
