We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utile HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We are one of the fastest-growing companies based out of Gurgaon with an amazing team increasing exponentially each month. We have a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine that is growing 30% M-o-M as well.
We’re now looking for a talented UI/UX designer with 4+ years of exp. who could help us bring up our design language internally + also help the larger team with QC and consistency of the regular deliverables for our clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality of designs across various collaterals like landing pages, websites, emails, blogs, social media graphics, etc. Create compelling and effective designs of landing pages, websites, emails, blogs, social media graphics, etc. for our clients, and internal efforts Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Liaison with the client representatives to understand business needs, requirements and curate effective design solutions which convert Need to have knowledge of marketing and sales best practices (Ad creatives, social media posts, landing pages, website pages, email marketing, offline creatives and online event creatives) MUST HAVE: Strong communication and presentation skills Project management Ability to understand customer needs Ability to suggest improvements to current design language, creative campaigns and helping customers WIN Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Fine Arts (Digital Design) or related field 4-5 years of hands on experience in UI/UX Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Illustrator, and other design software Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of work Soft requirements: Willing to work in a Startup culture Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days) Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
