Rediffusion, with five offices nationally, and 300+ employees, is today India's largest independent ad agency with an impressive roster of clients
We are looking for a CEO who will run the agency operations on a day-to-day basis and lead the business hands-on
About 40-45 years of age; would have worked at a Top 5 agency in leadership roles; academics from a leading B-school; sharp strategic mind, good creative appreciation, good presentation skills a must. Must be digital savvy
Affable. Good man-management. Effective team leader
Industry competitive compensation with a large variable component linked to performance
Reporting to the Chairman. Headquartered in Mumbai but needing to travel all-India frequently
Only those with a good academic background and necessary experience in advertising need apply
