Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New delhi and Mumbai .The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks like customer service, sales, training, and sales management. This role demands excellent communication skills and will require the candidate to use those skills to liaise with the organization's clients closely.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong customer service & sales skills with prior experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to effectively train individuals or groups
• Excellent analytical skills to review market trends and service or product performance
• Bachelor's degree in marketing with prior experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the water and wastewater management industry is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
