Job description
Function: Sales and Relationship Management
Andheri(East) mumbai
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Receive qualified leads from the SDR and build strong
relationships with them. Conduct indepth needs assessments and feasibility
checks with internal product teams. Develop compelling proposals that
showcase solutions and address customer challenges. Negotiate
deals and close sales securing new business opportunities.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales
cycle and beyond. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and
professionally. Foster longterm relationships and build customer loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor
landscape. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for
expansion.
Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR and Proposal Engineer to ensure a
smooth sales process. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align
sales efforts with broader business goals.
Technical Expertise: Possess indepth knowledge of IoT Industry 4.0 sensor
and hardware technologies digitalization wireless technology and
communication protocols. Understand the technical aspects of
products and solutions. Analyze customer requirements and translate them
into feasible technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (Business Administration Engineering or related field)
preferred.
23 years of experience in sales business development or a related field.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust
and rapport.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Deep understanding of products and solutions with the ability to tailor
them to customer needs.
