Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and execute operational
strategies in line with company goals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in different offices across Kolkata,
addressing any issues promptly.
Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communication and Reporting:
Act as a liaison between the city operations team and the corporate office,
providing regular updates on key metrics and operational challenges.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to the corporate office, highlighting
performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all operational activities
meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution:
Address operational issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with
relevant teams to find effective solutions.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
field.
1+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the lending or
financial services industry NOT MANDATORY.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
