As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Professionals as Business Solution Consultantz to join our team and contribute to the success story of our clients and the organization.

Position Overview You will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending tailored eLearning solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, analyze their requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in eLearning and a proven track record of successful client engagements.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and eLearning needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Needs Analysis: Assess client requirements and pain points to identify opportunities for customized eLearning solutions. Collaborate with clients to define clear project objectives and success criteria. Solution Design: Work closely with our internal teams, including instructional designers, developers, and project managers, to craft comprehensive eLearning solutions. Provide expert advice on best practices and innovative approaches in eLearning. Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals outlining the recommended eLearning solutions, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Present proposals to clients and address any queries or concerns. Project Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of eLearning projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during and after project implementation. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our eLearning solutions and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the eLearning industry. Strong understanding of eLearning technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions. Project management experience is a plus. How to Apply:
