Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in driving the marketing strategies for our B2B SaaS business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful campaigns that contribute to lead generation and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with product features and customer needs.

SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, incorporating content assets and SEO best practices. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and optimize lead nurturing processes. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize results.

Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling social media content and manage posting schedules across platforms. Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals. Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about product updates and features. Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed for content creation and SEO services.

We are looking for people with:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the B2B SaaS industry. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
