Role : Employee Performance Executive
Working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: MONDAY TO SATURDAY
Working Mode : Hybrid
Salary: 15k to 30k
Language: English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or degree in Human Resources related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in employee performance management or related roles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics of employees.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
- Create individualized performance improvement strategies and action plans for employees.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to employees to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to develop and implement performance enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments to measure employee progress and growth.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluation results.
- Implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and incentivize high performers.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee performance management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback and coaching effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking and monitoring performance metrics accurately.
- Ability to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of performance management principles and techniques.
