Drive Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation projects through usage of Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies
Accurately capture SLA Metrics, the reporting needs and set up/customize processes to seamlessly meet legal and compliance requirement
Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process Improvement Initiatives, drive Process Control & Compliance in addition to managing audit requirements
Should ensure Knowledge consistency through means like calibrations, Quizzes, D-Sat Scrubbing etc.
Create strategy for knowledge management and refresh upkeep repository.
Improve knowledge management and compliance framework through further tool enhancements, creation and revision of new and existing processes, documentation.
