Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing, Xiaomi India

Location: Bengaluru

Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a sharp focus on optimizing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in the realm of performance marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics, attribution models, and the ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced and competitive digital landscape.

Roles & responsibilities:

. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Xiaomi brand in the Indian market.

. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across various digital channels including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.

. Implement robust attribution models to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize budget allocation accordingly.

. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and data analytics to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

. Optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on insights derived from data analysis to improve performance and ROI

. Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making

. Stay abreast of best practices and evolving methodologies in performance marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications :

.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably within the E-commerce or consumer electronics is must.

.Strong experience in running campaigns through programmatic ad serving

.Proven track record of driving measurable results through data-driven performance marketing campaigns.

. Expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling.

.Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad networks.

.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.

.Complete knowledge about downstream metrics of performance marketing

.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.

.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

.Passion for technology, smartphones, and the digital marketing landscape in India.
