Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist who can drive new business and effectively leverage digital marketing strategies to generate leads and referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within our industry domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients in both the Telecom/CCTV/Access Control/Low-Voltage Systems and Wooden Prefabricated Housing verticals.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and acquire referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and solutions with customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build professional relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Telecom, CCTV, Access Control, Low-Voltage Systems, or Wooden Prefabricated Housing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
