Delegate Sales Executive – International Events

We are offering an exhilarating chance for a motivated and innovative delegate sales executive to become a part of our team, contributing to the expansion of the company.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and new business leads by phone to sell and secure delegate registrations

• Personal responsibility for achieving targets of each event

• Manage client communications leading up to each event

• Market research to identify new contacts to maintain and develop the market leading database you will be working from

• Research and collate trading information on each company we contact

• Progress your knowledge of, and relationships with, each market you are personally responsible for to increase year on year attendance and identify new event opportunities

• Work with the production, marketing and event management team on the continuous improvement of our events

Requirements :

• A minimum of 12 months successful Delegate sales track record, ideally phone based.

• Fluent, business level English, both verbal and written required

• Confident, motivated and target driven

• Ability to listen for and identify the needs of others

• Ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively

• Enthusiasm and energy to both work individually and as part of a team

• A strong work ethic with the passion and drive to learn and progress

• Client and quality focused, driven to achieve high professional standards
