Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Kochi. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance management. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks.

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience in High -rise Buildings Maintenance
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance Management
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• vendor & contractor management
• Experience in facility maintenance
