Job Title Quality Team Lead

Reports To Quality Team Manager
- Quality Team Lead will assist in developing, creating, and implementing Patra service center processes and procedures as well as making recommendation for enhancements.
- Designs audit formats and maintain quality standards.
- Performs transaction audits and maintain weekly/monthly reports and provides trend data to management team.
- Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates calibration sessions for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external audit reports for management staff review.
- To track updates & provide feedback to Operations leaders and managers.
- Certifies updates for existing team.
- Acts as Team Manager during absence(s) of Team Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one year Experience as Quality Auditor.
- No record of documentation or disciplinary actions in the past 12 months.
- Solid knowledge on Transactional Quality Management Framework – TQ 10 Model.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be self-starter and team-player, need to focus on quality & customer service.
- Good production and Quality performance in the current role
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Time & people management skills.
- Need to deal effectively with the people at all levels inside and outside of the department.
- Performs multiple tasks at the same time and able to work under high pressure.
- Successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment & must adapt to adjust, change and set priorities as needed.
- No record of disciplinary action.
- Flexibility with work shift schedule, clients and processes.
