KEY REQUIREMENTS- EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES ·

Medical Graduate (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/B.Pharma/BPT/Equivalent qualification) · Past experience of minimum 1-8 years in Medical Underwriting · Sound understanding of the health insurance Medical Underwriting related terminologies

KEY REQUIREMENTS- EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS MUST HAVES - · Good communication skills · Ability to multi-task · Good Interpersonal skills · Basic understanding of computer skills e.g. Word & PowerPoint primarily · Sound understanding of Health Insurance terminologies used in products and Medical Underwriting processing · Learning attitude and problem solving approach

WHAT WILL THE CANDIDATE DO · Engage and interact with the Medical Underwriting Processing (Accident and Health Claims)· Audit of the technical, medical and financial parameters of Medical Underwriting e.g. waiting periods, exclusions, deductible, financial check points, and overall medical admissibility of proposal as per UW Guidelines.· Working on priority Cases processing as per Business Requirement within specified TAT.· Daily updates of the number of cases processed with quality.
