Job description :-

Position Overview: As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in test and measurement solutions, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective communication of the technical features and benefits of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge:

· Develop a deep understanding of our test and measurement products and services.

· Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.

2. Customer Engagement:

· Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.

· Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and how they address customer requirements.

3. Solution Presentations:

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our test and measurement solutions.

· Customize presentations to align with the specific needs and preferences of different customers.

4. Proposal Development:

· Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop detailed and accurate proposals for customers.

· Provide technical expertise during the proposal process to address customer inquiries and concerns.

5. Relationship Building:

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

· Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.

6. Market Analysis:

· Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that effectively promote our test and measurement solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the test and measurement industry.

· Strong technical acumen and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs.

· Proactive and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
