Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Aqaba. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and handle the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff. This may include scheduling, training, and ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping experience
- Laundry and Cleaning knowledge
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and situations
- Experience in a hospitality or healthcare setting is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in Hospitality and Housekeeping
