We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endpoint Manager L3 Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Endpoint Manager L3 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the endpoint management infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all endpoints within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions
2. Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint management systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy patches, updates, and software installations across endpoints
4. Create and enforce security policies to protect endpoints from threats and vulnerabilities
5. Provide technical support to end-users for any endpoint-related issues or inquiries
6. Perform regular audits of endpoint configurations to ensure compliance with company standards
7. Maintain accurate documentation of endpoint management processes, procedures, and configurations
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management technologies
9. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Endpoint Manager L2/L3 engineer or similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platforms
4. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and networking protocols
5. Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation tasks is a plus
6. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate or equivalent is preferred but not required
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent situations in a fast-paced environment
