They offer services that help develop an overall IT strategy, technology architecture, and implementation roadmap to improve services, operations, compliance, competitiveness, customer reach and return on investment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for Pioneer Infotech (P) Ltd. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and managing job postings.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent sourcing skills for both active and passive candidates
- Experience in recruiting for IT and banking industry is a plus(Freshers are also applicable)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruiting targets
