Job description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently record and maintain financial transactions using Tally Prime
software.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within the specified
deadlines.
Generate GST-compliant invoices and maintain proper documentation.
Verify accuracy in invoices and ensure adherence to GST rules.
Record and reconcile bank statements, manage multiple bank accounts,
and track cash flows.
Ensure compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and
guidelines.
Ensure timely submission of required TDS-related documents.
Deduct TDS as per applicable rates from various payments such as
salaries, contractor payments, and other specified payments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Regular full-time Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Min. 03 years of experience as an accountant or similar role.
Excellent MS Office and Google sheet knowledge.
Strong proficiency in Tally Prime.
Knowledge of banking procedures, GST, and TDS regulations.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of integrity.
