Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for pet products in the designated area. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing business relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Identification of Customer Market, generate business revenue from Pet care retail stores, Breeders, Veterinary doctors with a goal of maximizing Sales volume/market share

2. Make required efforts to achieve business target, review the target vs achievements regularly, Monitor sales performance

3. Monitor the market & competition to develop strategic sales plans, forecasting

4. Manage Retailer network and new retailer selection

5. Attend relevant industry conferences/workshops/events time to time

6. Develop and review the annual sales plans of the assigned territory

7. Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
