Job description
- Study the project contract commissioning requirements and coordinate with project management to ensure the contract deliverables as per specifications.
- Coordinating with process/engineering team to avail process BEP, P&ID, PFD, HFD and equipment GAD to ensure the system specification and review with construction team if any deviations.
- System and sub system identification for the projects.
- Effectively building team, cross functional collaboration with electrical/Instrument/Civil to achieve the project deliverables.
- Coordination with vendors and ensure the deliverables as per package specification. Minimize the vendor visit where ever applicable.
- Conduct regular interface meeting with other discipline to way forward the completion of Pre commissioning /commissioning activities.
- Organize/participate in project review meetings (Internal/External) for evaluating project progress and share with team members to achieve the goal.
- Prepare and follow up for optimized commissioning chemicals.
- Prepare O&M /OEM manuals as per standard format.
- Prepare and obtain the approval of all commissioning procedure/PGTR procedure and SOP (Standard Operating procedure).
- Maintaining commissioning documents/vendor MOM/internal/external reports throughout the project.
- Achieving commissioning schedule set by the organization for self, as well as assisting the team members to achieve the targets to meet the objective of the team.
- Preparing Commissioning DPR and commissioning report on daily/monthly basis.
- Successful completion of commissioning and PGTR (Performance Guarantee Test Run).
- Sharing the lesson learnt through the commissioning /engineer feed back for operational/access constrains/ optimization/ any other process constraint.
