Job Opportunity for Sr. Manager/ AGM- Commercial Excellence with a pharma company in Mumbai. Job Description Contributes to the development of the company's way of working Creating business intelligence reports with analysis and findings Ensures integrity of data representation & reporting Effectively developing and strategizing of process Working closely with business units on regular basis for commercial excellence projects for example pricing, customer/competition segmentation, sales management, product positioning, new product identification & strategic discussion with business units Understanding of best practices across different industry preferably FMCG, OTC, Retail, Pharma, Wellness (Nutrition) etc. Identify core issues and improvement areas by using existing CCE (Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation) approach and tools but adapting them where needed to make them applicable for the Business Unit. Synthesize findings, develop and discuss recommendations with Business Unit management. Identification of initiatives to build capabilities within the sales & marketing teams within organization to drive business improvement. Be a sparring partner with BU's to develop effective business plans & support in the execution of the business plan to deliver desired impact. Continuously Participate in brain storming and deliberation of ideas for effective business plan year-on-year Add Value & lead in the implementation of commercial excellence in the business group. Continuous month-on-month performance monitoring to identify leads and lags of business for effective ideation & supporting the execution of proposed business improvement plans for next monthJob tags
