Job description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Analyst to lead the business analysis efforts for the implementation of a new product platform for our client's core insurance business. This is a critical project that will transform their ability to deliver innovative products and services to their customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading business analysis teams, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of business analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the new product platform.
Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications (FSs).
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide expert advice and guidance to project stakeholders on business process improvement, change management, and user adoption strategies.
Monitor and track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
