Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Orthopedic Robotics Sales and Service Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and service of our state-of-the-art surgical orthopedic robotics installed at Meril.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients within the Meril community to understand their needs.
2. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our orthopedic robotics solutions.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Provide technical support and assistance for the installation and maintenance of orthopedic robotics systems.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
7. Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of the robotics systems.
8. Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the robotics systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, B.Pharm, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and troubleshoot biomedical equipment.
- Willingness to travel within the Meril community as needed.
