2. What You Will Do We are seeking a Performance manager (Technical) who will play a crucial role in our Fleet Performance Center. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance, your responsibilities will include: 1. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vessel operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Identify performance trends, patterns, and areas of improvement through data analysis. Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors affecting performance and develop actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for performance analysis. 2. Performance Optimization: Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular performance reports for the Head of Performance and senior management. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously monitor performance metrics and update reports to provide timely and accurate information. 3. Data Management and Reporting: Establish and maintain a comprehensive and accurate performance data management system. Generate regular performance reports and presentations for the Head of Performance and senior management. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations for easy understanding and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data analysis to drive operational improvements. 4. Process Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization. Participate in process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance guidelines. Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of process enhancements. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, operations, and crewing teams, to align performance objectives and drive improvements. Communicate performance metrics, trends, and improvement plans to relevant stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization. Act as a liaison between the Performance Department and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. 3. What We Are Looking For Marine Engineer a Class II or Class I COC Minimum 2 years sailing experience as a 2nd Engineer or Senior 3rd engineer with 1 year Performance & Efficiency monitoring experience. Specific Business Knowledge: Must have sailed on sea going vessels preferably as a Senior Marine Engineer on Electronic Engines (MAN - ME / Wartsila - RT flex type). Understanding of Voyage performance management and latest regulations driving the industry. Must possess IT skills with hands on experience in MS Office Passion for solving problems and thinking out of the box. Great communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and can work efficiently with multicultural teams ashore. Key driver in improving the Energy Efficiency of Anglo Eastern managed vessels by providing them guidance about Fuel Optimization. Willing to work in shifts for supporting Vessels with Performance related issues Strong drive to get things done, specifically to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently. Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment with a degree of ambiguity. Develop knowledge database of Vessels by sharing latest trends and work practices. Drive innovations and initiate projects within organization towards improving KPI targets. Additionally, you should have enhanced problem-solving skills, out of Box Thinking and interest in tackling challenges with innovative solution and maximizing the use of resources available.
