Job Title: Social Media Strategist Timings- 7am to 4pm PST- US Timings (Subject to business need) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Strategist at Simplia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our target audience. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, coupled with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs. Create engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our brand, industry, and target audience. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, features, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal and active community. Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance standards related to social media marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Passion for technology, innovation, and digital storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a startup or tech-driven environment. Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign optimization techniques. Previous experience with influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Certifications in social media marketing or related fields are a plus.
