Job description
We're seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at Moti Mahal Delux Restaurant (A Franchise unit of Moti Mahal Delux) & The Jawed Habib Salon (A Franchise unit of The Jawed Habib Salon) at Kadma, Jamshedpur. As a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for driving sales and fostering customer relationships, you shall be responsible for driving sales for both the Restaurant and the Salon.
Role Overview: As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships. Whether it's promoting our delectable menu offerings or our innovative salon services, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management Proven track record of success in sales management in the Hospitality industry. 4+ years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob tags
