Qualifications :
- Proven IT Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of IT roles from software development and cybersecurity to data science and IT leadership positions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) sourcing tools and other recruitment technologies.
