Function Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist in our insurance broking company is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through various marketing channels including social media, traditional print materials like flyers and posters, as well as designing captivating visual content and compelling presentations. This role plays a critical part in shaping our company's image and communicating our value propositions to our target audience.

Role Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Marketing Specialist role is to strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our insurance products and services, increase brand visibility, and ultimately contribute to business growth. By utilizing a blend of creative design skills and marketing expertise, the role aims to attract and retain clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and differentiate our company in the competitive insurance market.

Key Expectations of the Role:

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to engage our target audience, increase followership, and drive website traffic. Print Material Creation:

Design compelling flyers, posters, brochures, and other print materials that effectively communicate our insurance offerings and promotional messages. Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns. Presentation Development:

Develop dynamic and persuasive presentations for client meetings, conferences, and other events to showcase our services and capabilities. Content Creation:

Produce engaging content including articles, blog posts, and videos to educate prospects and clients about insurance products and industry trends. Campaign Analytics:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Compliance:

Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Competencies Required for the Role:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
