Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager at Mount Kailash Water - a trusted name for over 25 years in the packaged drinking water industryÂ
We are looking for a person who will push boundaries & displays a work ethic to take the brand to the next level of excellence via
closing sales, nurturing relationships & strategic planningÂ
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of proven commercial/B2B strategy, marketing and or sales experience preferably with a background in the Food & Beverage industry
- Grow the business in North India, with a focus on Delhi NCRÂ
- Forecast and meet volume per SKU targetsÂ
- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing HORECA/B2B channelsÂ
- Work with internal teams to on promotional strategies, launches etc
- Release pricing norms regularly based on the agreed pricing strategy to drive margins
- To estimate the market, identify the needs of the customer in terms of products, new trends in the industry and prepare plans to achieve a high level of growth within the industry
- Developing and Implementing Account level Sales Plan in addition to finalizing trade terms, Cross-selling/upselling, ensuring ongoing orders and supply
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity with integrity
Description
- Be the subject matter expert in enterprise business
- Deliver weekly, quarterly and yearly business plans
- Hold regular performance and planning reviews
- Develop close working relationships with relevant internal teams and collaborate with them to deliver for customers and partners
