Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Senior Consultant, Data-Tech-AI
In this role, you will be acting as a SME for the domain, responsible for value add to the output produced by the junior resources, review the work and ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectations.
. Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges
. Design and implement solutions that enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspects
. Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations
. Assist the technical/automation team to automate the testing process
. Understand basic accounting concepts.
. Conducted product testing and gathered user&rsquos feedback to make product improvements and iterate on the product roadmap.
. Review the output of the junior resources in the team and share the feedback.
. Connect with client stakeholders for query solving.
. Contribute Process improvement ideas.
. Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup.
. Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same.
. Bachelor%27s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Proven experience in hedge fund operations, with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
. Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and financial technologies.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms used in hedge fund operations.
. Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
. Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and reporting within the hedge fund industry.
. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or technical certifications) are a plus.
