Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Guwahati. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets in their area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, training and mentoring sales representatives, providing market feedback to management, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the lighting industry is preferred (3 years+ experience)
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs
