Roles & Responsibilities
Mode of Work: Onsite, Hyderabad (No Remote or Hybrid)
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance existing solutions, and contribute to the advancement of our organization's AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Algorithm Development:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges. Stay current on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
Data Pre-processing and Feature Engineering:
Pre-process and clean large datasets for training machine learning models. Conduct feature engineering to extract relevant information from raw data.
Model Training and Evaluation:
Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various frameworks. Implement and experiment with different model architectures and optimization techniques.
Integration:
Integrate machine learning models into production systems and applications. Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
Research and Innovation:
Contribute to the research and development of innovative AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with the R&D team to explore and apply cutting-edge technologies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Documentation:
Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure clarity and maintainability. Prepare technical documentation for both internal and external audiences.
