• Heading the marketing & sales division.
• Independently devising strategy for marketing & sales function for EOT crane across the southern India.
• New business development & achieve established business targets.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Closure of business deals and the co-ordination required thereof.
• Keeping close track of competitors’ advantages, disadvantages, costing and appraising the management.
• Suggesting necessary changes to the marketing strategy for capturing market share.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the company. Adept at understanding interdependent relationships between technical and business issues.
• Organizing and participating in major events on behalf of the company and continuously improving & developing market communication tools (viz. brochures, catalogues, product information on website etc.)
