Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team at Infos Connect Consultants PVT LTD As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This includes recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee benefits design, and new hires. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee management. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management
- Experience in payroll administration and benefits design
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company and legal requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Design and implement employee benefits programs
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the company
- Handle employee relations matters and address employee grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed
