Qualification: BE – Mechanical / Diploma - Mechanical

Work Location: Factory – Billanakote, Bengaluru.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Should have knowledge of Sheet metal fabrication.

Will be responsible for developing design

 Acoustic enclosures & containers for DG sets.

 Acoustic enclosures for other mechanical / electrical / electrical equipment's.

 Acoustic room treatment for DG sets & other equipment's.

Should have knowledge of 3D-Modelling Software 'Solid Works'.

Should have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within

parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Shall Be Responsible For Carrying Out

• 3-D Modelling of acoustic enclosures & Acoustic room treatment designs & software on solid works.
• Site Layout drawings in AutoCAD.
• Product development designs in AutoCAD.
• Preparation of all production drawings.
• Assist factory in case of any issues related to Design.
• Nesting of components using RADON software.
• Site Visits with Senior Engineers.

Should be able to work closely with cross functional teams to meet the project deadlines.
