Role Description

Studio PM is seeking a full-time Architect or Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience for an on-site role located in Mumbai. As a Design Architect, you would be responsible for working on design projects from conceptual development to completion. You will be required to assist with the creation of budgets and timelines, sourcing and selecting materials and finishes, and vendor management. Additionally, you will support the Senior Designer in developing and executing design concepts, as well as creating presentations that effectively communicate design vision to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong familiarity with design materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
