Job description

The Acquisition Manager will acquire new customers and promote the banks Current Account and Savings Account products.

Your primary goal will be to build a strong customer base drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of the CASA department.

Position: Acquisition Manager Digital Sales

Department: Digital Banking

Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in Banking Financial Services or Insurance domain

Pay Roll: On Roll Permanent

Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute digital customer acquisition campaigns.
• Plan and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Stay informed on digital banking products and market trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of banking products especially CASA is an advantage.
• Strong Negotiation Skills
