Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants. Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles and levels within an organization. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
