Role Description:
This on-site full-time role is for a Business Development Executive based in Madurai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for assessing and identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving business targets. The role will also involve working closely with the product development and marketing teams. The perfect candidate should have an excellent command of communication and a profound knowledge of IT software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills and Good Convincing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Meeting monthly sales targets and contacting potential and existing clients on the phone, by email, and in person (Field Visits)
Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of successful sales and business development experience.
- Great knowledge in marketing, sales, and business development in the technology or software sectors .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
