Job Description – Data Modeler

Responsibilities · Data analysis to understand the data and relationship in source systems · Updating and optimizing local and metadata models · Define and govern data modelling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models. · Work with business and application/solution teams to develop conceptual/logical/physical data models · Understand requirements from BA and provide mapping to ETL/ reporting Team for their development work. · Support the team in writing any complex views.

Education, Experience, and Skills · Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field. · 5+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modelling. · Experience working with Data modelling tools - SQL Database Modeler, Oracle SQL Developer, DB Schema Pro, etc. · Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools. · Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis. · Advanced troubleshooting skills.
