Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIM Trainer (Architecture/ Structure) to join our team. As a BIM Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and preparing students for careers in BIM, with a focus on Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of BIM processes and workflows, coupled with a passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Graduates and Working Professionals, emphasizing proficiency in software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, course modules, and assessments to ensure that training content remains current and aligned with industry standards.
Individualized Instruction: Adapt training methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing individualized support as necessary to ensure successful comprehension of BIM concepts.
Practical Application: Facilitate hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios to help students apply BIM principles effectively in practical situations.
Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Engage with students, answer questions, and provide support as needed.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in BIM software and technology to ensure that training materials remain current and relevant.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other instructors and team members to enhance the quality of training and promote a positive learning environment.
