Job Summary HighRadius is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team .This role responsibilities include participation in HRBP activities, Employee Engagement (Employee Pulse connects, Focused Group discussions, Meet & Greet with Leadership, Townhalls, etc),1-1 connects/Skip level meetings, Performance Management System, Data analytics & Reportouts and other aligned tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage diverse stakeholders and drive project execution using agile methodologies Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively Efficiently working on stakeholder management, exit management & retention. Skill & Experience Needed Bachelor’s Degree required Experience range : 2+ years as an HRBP Experience in a startup/product environment Strong hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, performance management systems, stakeholder management, data analytics.
