Our aggressively customer-centric design philosophy has enabled the engineering of agile & holistic digital solutions, with full lifecycle enablement and industry-leading performance assurances.Explore more about us at : Job Summary We are looking at on boarding Business Analyst who has in-depth knowledge of banking/ finance domain with hands-on experience in creating BRD’s & manage the entire product lifecycle Duties and Responsibilities Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutionsStaying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems & productsPerforming requirements analysis and conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsDesigning and developing Product Workflows, implementing user stories, performing ERP API integrations, UAT and delivering product using Agile scrum methodologyEngage with various internal/external stake holders such as client, technology team, product managers, operations and testing team & ensure solutions meet business needs and requirementsProvides overall direction & manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning, product enhancements, product development and go-to-market strategyGain a deep understanding of the customer, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growthIdentifies product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysisTranslates product strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address market opportunitiesParticipates in technical reviews and inspections to verify intent of change is carried out through the entire projectMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects; Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Required Skills / Abilities Experience on USA market specific processing, clearing and settlement of international wires, electronic funds transfers, direct debits, Virtual Accounts and Escrow ManagementIn-depth end-to-end processing knowledge of at least 3 of the following areas of Corporate BankingReceivables and CollectionsInternational PaymentsVirtual accounts and Escrow ManagementChannel banking (internet, mobile, API, Host-to-Host)Liquidity Management & Limit ManagementSound knowledge of international standards like SWIFT and ISO20022 is mustGathering functional requirements including preparation of functional specification documents (FSD/FRD), user stories and requirement traceabilityChange / defect management experience which includes root-cause analysis, proposed solution and related documentationExcellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.Substantial client interaction and direct participation in client requirement gathering, elicitation and functional solution design.Ability to engage with various internal/external stake holders such as IT business analysts, product managers, operations and testing.Proficient in creation of flowcharts/UML diagramsExposure to core banking, basic knowledge of RDBMS (SQL queries) is preferred
